Studio Guidelines

1Reformer Guidelines

  • You may bring your own towel or rent/purchase one at the reception. Our towels are specially designed for the reformer and are quick-drying.

  • After finishing your workout, please clean the reformer. There is disinfectant and a towel available next to each reformer.

  • Non-slip grip socks are mandatory for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Choose workouts according to your fitness level and physical condition. If you experience pain, discomfort, or dizziness, stop exercising immediately. Consult a medical professional if necessary.

  • Make sure there is at least one spring attached before starting your workout. The long straps are usually for the legs, and the short ones for the arms.

  • Follow the instructions on the tablet throughout the entire workout, including which spring to use and how to perform the exercises correctly.

2Studio Guidelines

  • Workouts start every full hour, and you have 50 minutes available to complete one long session or several shorter ones.

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and select your workout.

  • If you arrive up to 15 minutes late, you may choose a shorter workout to fit within your time slot.

What to bring:

  • Towel

  • Lock with key
  • Non-slip grip socks
